After thinking about it for a long time I think I know what's the hardest tech skill to use within reason. I'd say WDing(counts WLing and anything of that nature of pressing airdodge to slide) and the full process of SHFFLing includes lasers and air speed. Or in some cases autocaneling like marth's nair.
Yes I think these are harder than anything else.however WDing I may be wrong because normally I add in DDing so it's harder to predict me.
Why I say this is because I rememeber learnign WDing and SHFFLing it took way longer than powersheilding lasers,SWDing, and JC shine all put together easily. To max out WDing and SHFFLing is fairly extreme tech skill when you think about it. WDing is platforming, waveshineing,air move wd as maybe marth or mario or much more likly luigi. plus you have to space near perfect to get tippers and act as a brake you your movement. AND WD oos.
think of all the careful WD spacing you do per a match then think of SHling as falco you may need to make small changes in your spacing to avoid them being able to hit you so then you can bait them somewhat. same as maybe falco DD around in a nair and pull back predicting their counter attack.
But all the spacing and tricks and junk with WDing and SHFFLing is crazy it's not easy.sometimes you must air move then FF or FF then air move and all kinds of sheild pressure.
