Hard Braker

I'm sure some people out there have tested this equipment and the effect it has on the ability to dash dance. Has anyone come across a video of someone attempting to dash dance with Hard Braker on, or could someone please make a video of this?

I found an explanation on Reddit. Apparently it doesn't allow dash dancing, but it doesn't make you slide nearly as much out of a run. It still would be interesting to see a video demonstrating what it can do, and if it leads to any other possible movement options.
