Hanafunda card player

As some of you know Nintedo started off with a card game Hanafunda. So would't it be cool to have another original Nintendo character. The character could be a Hanafunda player. He could throw cards at you like the mutant Bandit off of X-MEN. That's all I got. If you have any ideals for this guy then post it. I got this resource from Wikipedia.
