So today Halo 3 came out. We went there at 11:30 to go laugh at people ****ting their pants about getting Halo 3. I don't even have an X-Box 360, nor have I ever liked Halo games, but it was fun nonetheless. There was about seventy people lined up in front of Gamestop, all waiting to get a copy and maybe a helmet.
We met two people- Rick and we're not really sure who the other guy was.
Rick was pretty much your average guy. He was passing by on his bike, riding down to Florida from New York. At least that's what he told us, although I can't really believe him. He was trying to get connections. Zack said his friend was growing some and gave him his cell number. So he pretty much hung with us the whole time.
Then there was the other guy. He was drunk at the time, with like six bottles of alcohol in his Moped. He was getting bottles of the free water and pouring them on random people, trying to steal Rick's cigarette and chasing people to their cars asking if he could try on the helmet. He was named Patrick/George/Brad, which changed about every time that we asked his name.
So, did anyone have fun at the Halo 3 release? Any wacky stories about other game releases?
