Doing constant ftilts at walls is guranteed from 0%-around 80% (character dependent)
Doing a ftilt only "pushes" the guy back, and hence won't get knocked around till higher percentages (and counting diminishing returns, it works really well). My room-mate (was using Falcon) couldn't jab, jump, grounddodge, roll or do anything in fact.
If you're using Lucas, counterpick with Cornelia or any wall stages that exist.
