Hackless PM works on one wii but not another

So my sister's bf had an extra sd card with PM on it and everything worked perfectly i watched him set it up and everything with no problems. He gave it to me so i could play it at my house on my wii but i can't get it to work properly. Most times it freezes right after going to the vault, on rare occasions i can get to the character select screen and then it freezes, but never get the chance to play. I've deleted all the custom stages and other prompts before loading it up... Is there anything else that could be wrong with it?

Perhaps you locked the SD card by accident? There's a small switch on the SD card which you might have moved.

Make sure in the other wifi all custom stages are deleted
