Is there any guide with all the equipment types, especially what the stat limits and limits on what equips can have what traits?

The list is quite massive, so there would have to be multiple contributors who are willing to keep track of all the equipment, along with the stat boost/drop ranges that they have.

On my end, I've been focusing on just the equipment that Rosalina is able to use.
