Go to your "Personal Details" and scroll down. You can select your mains on this page. Also welcome to smashboards.

Oooh did you mean selecting multiple mains for the same game? If so I'm afraid you can only select 1 for each game. You can always put the rest of your mains in your signature if you feel like it.
