Grabs, Chain Grabbing, Tech Chasing.

True Grabs, Tech Chasing, and Chain Grabbing all play a important part in the game and in your battles. But when you are the victim of this what is there to do?

I have such a problem with successfully doing this or getting out of it.

Any suggestions?
I have tried for Chaingrabbing: DI, or NAIR while falling.
Techchasing: Laying there/attacking from the ground, Teching, DI.
Grabbing: I can sometimes get out of one but not all the time.


Also how may I accomplish these moves?

ChainGrabbing- Smash DI and mix it up and hope their not really good at it
TechChasing- Mix Up a variety of techs and just not teching until you trick them
Grabbing- Spot Dodging wavedashing jabs.. anything to break it up or just not get close and keep shffl them
