Good with CSS coding? Help me, PLEASE!!

I'm useless with coding and have come across a problem that has hindered my hacking...

I've got a PAL Wii, and have been able to hack it so that character textures and stage textures show up. I recently managed to change CSPs as well, and have now moved on to changing the character selection screen.

It loads up alright when I use Gecko OS, but the bottom half of the third row of characters is unresponsive, and the ENTIRE BOTTOM ROW of characters is as well, meaning that when I hover over them with the cursor, nothing happens, and it won't let me select them.

Again, I'm using a PAL Wii, and the CSS does show up, it just doesn't work 100%.
