Good webcam Software for Windows (7) Seven

Ok, so my Computers Hard drive needed to be wiped at a repair T_T
The Dell Webcam Center that came pre-installed was deleted, and I cant get it back. It keeps feeding me some bullcrap about not having a CD
So Is there any good free replacement for DellWebcam Central?
Oh and it has to be free, kthx

Put in your information, you should be able to redownload the software that was bundled with your computer or at least buy it on a cd.

Also, what are you looking for? What is "webcam software"? Are you trying to record a video clip?
