Good stages for Samus?

I'm wondering what the best stages for Samus are. I know she's a very spacing oriented character, so would something more like FD or BF be better?

Well it depends (and take this advice from a marth main.) if you are fighting a marth stay off stages with low platforms (BF or FOD) but if you are fighting a fox or falco try to stay off FD as it is where he does best

FD is your worst stage. Try to stay on FoD and DL because they make you even more difficult to kill, and samus's platform game is tight.

Battlefield is well and good, but y'all also might want to consider Dream Land or even Pokèmon Stadium. The fairly distant blast lines in Dream Land allows her maximum survivability with more chances to recover with bomb jumps and y'all gain a fair number of movement options considering the size of the stage.

Battlefield and FD are your worse stages. FD because no platforms/you become combo fodder vs fox/falco. Battlefield because of one predictable spot to use your grapple.

I think all Samus players can agree that FoD is good and FD is bad. Beyond that, there's a lot of room for personal preference.

Conventional wisdom says Yoshi's is bad because Samus can die early. However some Samus players like going here. The stage size and layout is perfect for follow-ups and there are reasonably good up-B escape/cancel options. Also the stage walls are great for the grapple.

Dreamland is a generally great pick, but IMO there are a few exceptions. Runaway foxes/falcos/sheiks can be really frustrating here. Also, playing against peach or puff on dreamland is a real grind since everyone lives forever.
