It does have a lot of complex tech, more than other top tiers. Just play what ever you want, you'll get good in the long run if you dont switch around much

Like the title says, is Fox welcoming for a beginner smash player, or should I go Falco?
He has lots of tech that you'll need to learn, but you'll get good in the long run. Go for it. (P.S: Falco is a lot swaggier and I love him, you should totally go falco)

From what I've seen, Falco and Fox seem to have a familiar playstyle, am I correct?

P.S I know i've been asking a load of questions you've been answering lately, so sorry for the hassle, but thanks for the help mate!

They're similar characters, but they play very differently, sometimes I forget that they're considered clones even. Haha, no problem, I love to help.

So considering my playstyle usually consists of mostly being aggressive, mixed in with camping projectiles to force approaches and relying on baits to get grabs, which of the two do you think sounds more suited towards me?

Fox is a horizontal character that kills vertically. Falco is a vertical character that kills horizontally. Fox's timing are hard to get used to as a beginner, while Falco is easier to get your hands on.

but from this, you could go either or. Just play for a bit more and eventually, you'll find a character you really enjoy.

If you aim to be good in the game, then imo you shouldn't worry about how hard the character is for a beginner. It's hard to play any char well, so just pick a good character you like to play. Fox is also nice in the sense that learning to move fast and improving techskill feels good.

Start off with Sheik or Marth and learn the basics of spacing. Fox requires a lot of basic knowledge and it's easier in my opinion to learn the basics through those characters.
