Good capture card?

I want to start recording replays but I'm not really sure what's good or where to start for capture cards. What do you all use? Something that could plug into my macbook pro would be nice... but not sure if that would happen at a reasonable price.

I have component and composite cables for the wii so whichever... I also have a fairly high-end PC, so I could just get some sort of pci card setup type thing... though the laptop would be preferred.

I have video editing software so that part isn't a problem, just the hardware...

Any advice on what works and what to avoid?

There's a Dazzle for around $50 at Best Buy. I have it and it works like a charm. The video and audio quality could not be better. All you really need is WMM unless you want to get reallllly fancy.

Oh, I forgot about that part. You'll need this little splitter box from radioshack that you can plug many composite cables into to split the signals.
