Godly CPU performs wavedash/DJC?

In this wifi video, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h0qqG4GwLwg, It seems this strange CPU player, doing all kinds of acrobatic stunts, performs a wavedash or a very very fast DJC at 6:35.

Could this be the first sighting of a wavedash in Brawl?

I heard that Ness and Lucas can still djc. But to me it looked like a double jump landing, like how with Yoshi in melee if you did your second jump right above a platform, the initial momentum of the second jump moves you down a little bit, but it's enough for you to land on the platform.
