Glitchy Icons from editing? Help! (Please)

Well, um. I was adding some custom content, and for some reason whenever I change any icons, I get. This..

Specifically whenever I'm using Stage Manager to swap a franchise icon to another, it bugs out on me and decides to make this mess, with double icons on top of eachother, sometimes there will be no icon at all, and sometimes a large black box over the name.

I'm stumped. Anyone got any ideas to fix this?

You're using the modify PAT0 Mappings option? I tried it before, changing GreenGreens' icons to generic smash ones and I didn't get any error, but I tried it again yesterday and I get the same results as you. I don't know what is causing this, but I think it's due to the custom SSS code. I'll check later, but maybe someone else with more experience can help you. I used to be able to edit no problem, this problem only started recently.

Specifically for me I've changed Big Blue's icon set to the Fire Emblem ones, and Brinstar's to Pokemon.
