I haven't seen a thread related to just glitches, so if there is one, please move/merge this over there. You could also move it to the Peach thread--I posted it in general discussion simply because it's worth noting. However, I'd definitely understand if you moved it over there!
Basically what happened to me last night is that I was in Training mode with Peach doing whatever. For some reason, the CPU started off with a Home Run Bat in hand, possibly due to the Smash Run equipment I had equipped beforehand, so I don't know. But anyways, that didn't always happen after multiple test throughs. What happened to me was that Peach would have a battering item equipped like a Orc Club or Home Run Bat, and was still able to use her Down B!! However, since she already had an item in hand, the turnips spawned in the center of Battlefield, already in the ground (think about that glitch in Melee and Brawl where if she was interuppted during pulling). You could pick up the turnips and then use them as well. A really important thing to note is that if Peach had a regular Turnip equipped and tried to Down B again, she would just do like she has in past games and just soft throw the turnip in the direction you are facing. Also, even though I could spawn turnips in the center of the stage, it wouldn't happen EVERY time. But definitely enough to do somewhat consistently.
