Glitches after deleting brawl+?

So after trying brawl+ and not liking it, I decided to delete it, so I deleted any of the files I got when I received it (at least I think I did). But every so often I get the feeling there are some glitches. For instance, if one timer clock(wtv the item's called) spawns, it seems to spawn again (later on) more often than it usually does. One time I had tripped, and my character continue to trip, I think at least 6 times without being allowed to get up, before stopping. Any idea what's causing this?

The only files left in private>wii are
app>RSBE>pf>fighter/sound (I kept the sound and fighter folders because I ended up inserting my own skins and music after I deleted brawl+)
title>aktn>content.bin
loc.bak
loc.dat

Did I forget to delete something?

Uh, it sounds like those were just random occurences that you noticed more than you normally would because you were paranoid about deleting things. Those things can all happen normally; they're not glitches.

Kind of what was said above, these random occurrences you are over-noticing are somewhat close to the Placebo effect (or, in this case, the Nocebo effect). You thought undesirable conditions would occur due to the deletion of Brawl+, therefore you got them and thought of them as glitches. Expectancy and the consequences behind it are a factor.

(Plus, tripping six times just about means the game downright hates you that round; even if it isn't in a row.)
