Glide Toss Guide

Since smashboards is such a terrible place to navigate, could somebody post a guide for how to do each of the different glide tosses with Diddy?

all you really need to know is shield/roll while c sticking in any direction you want the banana to be thrown.

i.e. if you want to do the forward glide toss combo it would be shield - forward roll + c forward. Distanced correctly you could follow it up with something like a dsmash.
