Getting mewtwo Early and club nintendo

I wanted to post this thread in order to discuss what will happen when people start reciving Mewtwo early. I'm concerned with this because I am receiving Mewtwo early and would like to use him on for glory. I don't know if he will be restricted or not. What are your thoughts on the current situation with Mewtwo?

What will most likely (almost certainly) happen is this:
-April 15, Mewtwo arrives. To play online/download him, you will need to download the newest patch.
-Those who don't have the patch will have no online connectivity
-Those who have the patch will have the files necessary to load Meatwo on the screen even during online play.
-Those who registered both versions will be able to play him.
-Those who haven't will be able to see him but not play him until the 28th.
-Life goes on.
