Getting juggled

I find myself getting juggled or comboed quite frequently, with no escape other then DI at higher percentages.
Both Fox and Sheik always seem to get the best of me.
I've never encountered this issue with Yoshi, spamming his Nair (The boot) breaks through nearly everything.
So with that being said are there certain moves that can help Diddy break free? Perhaps being spoiled with Yoshis Nair (The Boot) never allowed me to fully develop my dodging?
