Fixed camera mode makes Randall the cloud and the barrel from KJ64 predictable.
This might even be a good option for PS since you can see the wall beneath the edge so you can wall jump and tech with a bit more confidence.

I certainly think this should be considered for competitive play if both parties agree.

Isn't anything allowed in Gentleman's? I mean, M2K and Sqiddwr went to PS with Pokeballs, Fast Melee, and Tiny Melee (all for grand finals), so I'm sure Fixed Camera would be fine.

EDIT:

Gentlemen's clause should be for stage selection only.

or some pair thinking they're funny will play 15 Min of Decision.
I guarantee it.

Just because M2k does something, doesn't make it OK
Rules are there to be followed, no matter what your status is in the community.

isn't gentleman's clause litteraly "since both players agree to it, tournament rules can be ignored this match" ? "adding stuff" to it doesn't mean anything

yes, being a gentlemen is a general term, however the 'gentleman's clause' states that any stage can be chosen.

if you start allowing anything, every set has the potential to be different and something stupid, and take up time in the day.

the line has to be drawn somewhere, and at the moment, it's for stage only.
