I don't know if this belongs in here if it doesn't pls send me to where it belongs ^^'
Today I just got rekt by a sheik player. We played like 20 or more matches (new record for FG lol) and I only managed to beat him 2 times. I am not really what you call a good player but I would say that I could at least attend at tournaments without getting completly owned (If there were just any I could go to without traveling 200km when I don't have a car yet). In most of the fights he finished me of when he had about 30-60% on his second stock, sometimes he just completly destroyed me as soon as I took his first stock. I tried it with a variety of characters: Greninja, Luigi, Robin, Lucas, Shulk, Pac-man and Ganondorf. What I found strange is that I had my best matches with the gannon-cannon despite not really maining him. Greninja and Robin made some close matches too.
The main problem was that I was getting combo'ed as soon as I got hit one time and got like 20-40% damage depending on my own %. I tried DI and mixing up what I do but he always seemed to know what I was gonna do.
I tried getting some grabs out of shield but his spacing was really good. What are good ways to approach sheik?
Sadly, I don't fight against sheik alot. My friends don't main her and they are quite rare on FG for me. I just keep getting Falcons.
