General tips to get better?

-What do you think about in Neutral?
-How can I think like a top level player?
-How do you read an opponent with not a lot of bad habits?
-How do you play someone that runs away and majority of the match? (Greninja players)


I haven't been playing that long but I have never been a patient person. I'd like to know everything YOU think I can do to improve faster. I want to be able to compete against Zero, Esam, Ally, and Nairo asap. Whatever you think I need, please tell me. I am willing to try anything and to learn EVERYTHING.

I will be a top player soon I am determined. I just need guidance.
