General Advice?

Hey guys! So I'm thinking of entering a Melee tournament soon and I've been working on my tech skill however, I don't have a partner to practice with. Can you guys give me some advice as to what I should do while playing Falco, what I can do to learn, what I should study, what tech do I use, and stuff like that.

Keep laser control, and go in when they shield, to apply pressure. On spacies, you have good combos with shine. If you know how to pillar, that's good.

I've been working on my pillar a lot. Is it easy to DI out of? If so what should I do then?

They can SDI out of the shine. A general rule of thumb is to wavedash back out of your shine, so you can cover a lot of DI options.

So if they don't DI just go for the pillar after wavedash? Which would mean I need to work on waveshining ^_^
