GC Controller Not Working

Hey. I have melee on dolphin and I have a Mayflash controller adapter for wii u and pc. I have 2 controller: A black 3rd party one that works perfectly, and this god-awful Turbo Chameleon Gamestop controller that barely works. It works sometimes, but randomly stops working and just doesnt read my commands. What can I do to make it work consistently? Helpme

It's most likely the controller itself
My recommendation is getting rid of both of your controllers for some good official Gamecube controllers

Throw them out a window, or take your frustration out them by burning them. But seriously you need to ditch them and go to amazon, ebay, or your local thrift store and get an official gamecube controller. They run about 15 bucks for the more common ones and will last you ten times as much as third party controllers. Not only that but the official controllers are much more responsive.
