Smash Wii U GC Controller Input/Output Mod

Hi Guys,

[Long overdue, but this is my first thread here, so please tell me if I'm in the wrong topic]

So I've been looking into GC Controller mods, (I'm a PS1 baby), and I was just hoping to get a 'moral' gauge on an idea I've had.

So my idea is to get an Arduino, that takes GC input, and also outputs GC, and program a couple of macros that I personally feel Sakurai skimped on.

These macros would be:

X --> A + B (So a SMASH button) [This is what I feel Sakurai skimped on, along with not being able to disable side + A SMASH]
A --> C-Stick Diagonal (An always N-Tilt/N-Air) for use with double sticking Attack c-stick


So, what do you guys think? Would you be ok versing someone with these macros (presume you could also have said macros)? And do you think it would be reasonable to have those macros tourney legal?

Fighting them in general, I don't care fighting them, but I would be curious with their controller. I would care, if they use it in tourneys. I believe modded controllers shouldn't work in tourneys.
