Smash Wii U GC adaptor and bundle sold out everywhere, should I wait?

I really want the bundle. Since it's sold out, I've been thinking of waiting until it's restocked. But I don't know how long the wait will be and it's likely I will be smashless for quite sometime. It's a shame I won't play Smash wii u this thanksgiving break too.

Should I wait, or just get Smash wii u without it? I'm also thinking of just buying a pro controller instead as an alternative. For those that were in my situation, what did you decide? Just so you know I am definately not buying it online at those outrageous prices.

I appreciate any sort of advice.

I'd just buy the game. I've been enjoying it with the Pro Controller while I wait for my adapter to be delivered. It plays fine.

Get the game. No one knows when Nintendo will have more in stock. The pro controller really works fine.
