Ganon's Dair is simply awesome

First of all, I'm new to these boards, but I've been playing Melee for the past 7 years and pretty much only used Ganondorf, so I'm very familiar with his play style in Melee. However, he plays so much differently in Brawl that it's tough to compare the two.

I tested a lot of his moves out the other day, hoping to uncover some hidden AT (OMG AT IN BRAWL?!). I wish his side b midair off the stage would result in the opponent losing their stock first, but you both lose the stock at the same time (lame).

BUT! Ganon's dair is still mass pwnage. It's still the edge-guarding behemoth it was in Melee, but (and I seriously hope this hasn't been stated in another topic) if you short hop and immediately dair, Ganon doesn't suffer the abysmal landing animation.

There's still more to be uncovered, and I'll post anything else I find intriguing.

I vaguely remember someone saying this but its good to hear it from another person. Do you dair them offstage for the spike. Is it easy to get back after?

Here's a trick. Smash Up on the analog stick and immediately smash down on the control stick. You will be able to so a short hop and do the stomp ASAP where you will finish the animation in the air and land with no move lag.

I found it nice to do out of the shield.
