Ganondorf's tech chase?

I just was watching one of the Ganondorf videos in http://www.wifiwars.com/?q=node/75 (the 10th) and I noticed the B> has potential for tech chasing. When you use it, the other guy can either roll (to be B> again), do a rising attack in place (which you can shield and grab) or stand up (grab or hit).

What do you think?
