So, I'm sure you all are disappointed by the way ROUND 1 has turned out for the GameStop Hosted Brawl Tournaments... Well, hopefully this thread will shed some light on any unanswered questions that you all may have. So Ask Away!

The official rules said that we MUST use wii-motes and nun-chucks. But from the sound of it a lot of stores violated Nintendo's official rules.

All:
Also, the PRIZE was only suppose to be the Nintendo Trophy, anything that you guys got extra was just junk that the store had laying around (we do it all the time), or the store was just very nice and provided their own little gratuity. The ROUND 2 PRIZE is going to be the same bull as the first, except with a KARATE FIGHTER instead of a wrestler. Round 3 is when they start to get good, I think.

If the stores try to BS you guys again, make sure they read the rules again, because I'm almost certain Nintendo will hound their balls about altering a National event.

Much Respect to all the winners, it was tough circumstances, and you all prevailed. I just wish I could've entered, Keep It Up!

There is something I'm not clear on. There are 26 Round 3 locations, but only 8 people advance to Round 4.

It says the top 8 scoring people will be the ones chosen, but its vague on how score is being kept. There will be 26 round 3 winners, but what are they keeping track of on top of that? Kills overall? Kills in the final round? Total score after deaths are subtracted?
