Games Freezes in the Character Select Screen

Hello! So the problem is when i go to the character select screen it freezes!!
But only when the hand pass over Toon Link (Smash 3 textures) without choose him.
So i've changed the SCP's and it still freezes...so i need help!!
When it freezes it produce a deep *beeep* sound.
