Appearing in the first two smash bros titles, we figured that earthbound plucky protagonist would be back. With the striking similar Lucas on the Roster. Ness spot as the magic wielding-wielding boy wonder seems to be filled.

Jigglypuff

Another fighter around since the series inception, Jiggs is facing a brutal reality- it’s not at Pikachu’s level of popularity, and the pokemon trainer is filling the rest of the pokemon quota. Looks like Kirby might be the only pink puffball this time around.


Marth and Roy

We already have a fire emblem sword-slinging combatant in Ike and an assist trophy in Lyn so the dynamic duo of smash bros melee seem to been made obsolete.

I wouldn't like veterans like Jiggly and Ness go, i mean they were in the first smash and Jiggly is not even a clone. Honestly i don't see the whole point of it, i don't think they would drop characters just like that.
