Why does everyone in tournaments use a white GC controller? I'm new so I feel like this has been asked before. So I apologize in advance.

You can buy it for a decent price on amazon. A brand new indigo and black controller is more expensive

If you want to retain some of your individuality at tournaments, you can buy a white controller and keep all the inside bits and replace the outside shell with various colors or color combinations.
