Gamecube Controller not working on Dolphin 4.0-652

Hello Smashboards,
So I just received my Mayflash gamecube usb adapter and it is working perfectly fine on 4.02. Everything is working and i configured the buttons and everything. However, when I am using it on Dolphin 4.0-652 none of the controls are responding and I can't move at all or do anything in any game. Please help. EDIT- Never mind found out the problem.
