Gamecube Controller Not Working (2.6b)

Hey guys!

Once again I'm having an issue with my gamecube controllers, where they work with Brawl, but when my Wii switches to Project M, the Gamecube controllers just become non-existent.

I'm not really sure what's happening, and fixing the Input type to GC controller in the Project M menu doesn't help at all.

Not really sure what to do, it's a bit obnoxious, since I only have 3 Classics and one person always has to use a WiiChuck.

Anybody out there that can help would be super awesome!
