GameCube Controller bind to keyboard issues?

Hi there,

I have one of the official GameCube adapters and downloaded and successfully used the application that can connect it to PC, vJoy. However I don't know how to bind any of the buttons or joysticks to anything on the keyboard. Help?

I'm planning on using it to play games such as SSF2.
