GameBridge Help

Hello, I am trying to get Gamebridge to work. But when I go into the capture program. All I get is a black screen and hissing sound. I have everything hooked up right. At least I think I do, Does anyone know what problem I'm having? Thanks.

I also have a Gamebridge question. I just recently ordered Gamebridge and it just came today. I was trying to install the CD onto my laptop but it wont work for some reason. I put in the disk, hook up the Gamebridge to my laptop, and even 'HomeTheatre' flashes up real quickly, but then it says "No Adaptec Device could be detected, Setup will terminate now.."

I've been trying to figure this out all day. Could me having a Vista laptop affect it? Can anybody help me out here?
