Game freezing

Hi, my game is loading the project m menu and I click play, and the game freezes on a black screen. I'm using the homebrew channel to load the launcher.

If you're using the homebrew channel to load the launcher, then just use Gecko instead. It works way better. If it still freezes, the problem lies elsewhere.

I don't know if I should be posting on this thread but I can't get gecko to work. I downloaded it to the same sd card that project m is on (but I only downloaded the file gecko1931). Should I paste the whole thing on to the root, or only part of it?

In the Gecko download is a folder /Gecko1931/, inside this is another folder called /Gecko1931/, inside this is a folder /HBC/. Copy the folder inside (again called /Gecko1931/) to your /apps/ folder on the SD card.
