Game freezing when hovering over Sonic

OK, I tried adding CSPs to Sonic and they didn't work. So I tried deleting Sonic's folder and putting it back, deleting all of the portiats and putting them back and I deleted all of the commons and I put them back and they game still freezes.

I have all of the files on a backup FYI.

It doesn't matter. I had to delete and replace a couple of files. Thank you for your help.
