I need more information. How exactly did you make the WBFS? How are you loading it? What are your Ocarina and hooktype settings?
YL's iso builder (Used to make the iso)
Wii Backup Loader (Used to make the iso into a wbfs file)
Loaded with WiiFlow
Ocarina and hooktypes are disabled

Ok, sooo... this is pretty bad, I had to make my usb an NTFS drive but... turns out the wii doesn't recognize ntfs drives so know I need to remove all the data to make it FAT32 again, I'm probably not gonna play brawl again :o

Most USB loaders do recognise NTFS drives. It's other homebrew software (and GameCube loaders) that doesn't. I've been using USB Loader GX with my Wii games on an NTFS partition for ages. I do have a FAT partition for other stuff though.

Nah, it still doesn't work... Just brings me back to the Wii's main menu... Just like WiiFlow

When you go into your USB loader, does it show the list of games on your USB drive, or does it go back to the Wii Menu instead of loading?

Hmm...
Do you have the ISO/WBFS file named correctly? The ISO builder tool changes the game's ID6 to RSBEYL instead of RSBE01. So you'd need to put it in a folder named /RSBEYL/ in your /wbfs/ folder, and the ISO or WBFS named RSBEYL.iso/wbfs.

Are you launching the USB loader from a forwarder channel or the Homebrew Channel?
If it's a forwarder, you might need to reinstall that.
If it's the Homebrew Channel, is it able to launch other apps from the SD card?

Homebrew channel doesn't even recognize the USB (Hard Drive) for some reason

As far as I know the Homebrew Channel itself doesn't support NTFS. Are you loading apps from an SD card or USB? If you're loading them from USB you probably need to make a small FAT partition at the start of your hard drive for holding your apps. This can be done without wiping your NTFS partition, although depending on how big it is/how much data is on it, it can take a long time to shrink the partition and move all the data.

Once you run the command on the partition, the partition's filesystem becomes NTFS. You shouldn't need to do anything to the folders.
You said you wanted me to make the "apps" folder fat32

No, I said you need to make a FAT32 partition at the start of the hard drive, and then put the /apps/ folder in the FAT partition. Sorry if I wasn't clear on that.
This explains how to do it with Windows' default partition manager, or you can Google around for third-party tools that offer more options. Always back up important data on the affected drive before modifying partitions.

So I shrunk the USB...
I just noticed how stupid I am -.-
So, I have some (really stupid) questions, 1st, Do I shrink the USB, or do I shrink a part of my C: Drive?
2nd, if I shrink it, where does the "Small FAT32 Partition" go?
Again, sorry for not being so good with computers.

1. The C: drive is (usually) the Windows partition, you shouldn't touch it (in fact I believe the default Windows partition tool doesn't allow you to). You should only be dealing with the partitions on your USB drive.

2. Ideally you want the FAT partition at the start of the drive (to the left). I don't know if this is possible in the default Windows tool.

I still don't get it, where does the fat partition go?

If you already shrunk the existing partition on the drive, you should have some unallocated space on the drive. Right click that and click "create new volume". Format it as FAT32.

EDIT: Okay, so I'm now able to run apps on homebrew, USB Loader GX works, I'll try to add the iso now (Finally)

What do you mean "it just didn't start"? At what point did it fail?
When I started it, It didn't really show me a frame of the intro or anything. It just froze the wii.

Did it freeze at a black screen before the wrist strap message? That happens to me randomly sometimes with USB loading. Sometimes it takes a few attempts for a game to actually start.

No wrist strap message, absolutely nothing, really.
