Game crashed at "go" and wrong menu problem

After some time I was able to get the Project M working however I ran into some problems:

1. The menu displayed was NOT the one it shows on the Download/Installation page but rather the default menu
2. Character selection and stage selection WERE modded successfully and I was about to start a match as Peach vs a level 3 Marth bot to test the mod and after the announcer countdown, the game crashed at "go".

Any help would be appreciated!

3 things that may help.(If using hackless)
1.Make sure your SDCard is not locked.
2.Make sure all files transferred to your SD. Maybe retransfer.
3. Defrag your SD.
