I just want to state how much of a comic genius Sakurai is.

Freakin' Mario, dude. We know him as that fool that jumps and collects power-ups, but ever since Melee and the greater emphasis in the CGI cutscenes for Brawl and Smash 4, it's soo funny to me that Sakurai decided to make Mario some kind of karate ninjitsu tae kwon do master.

What's with all the hand motions and epic battle stances? XD

I want to know everyone else's thoughts on the little things Sakurai does. Discoos.

I think Sakurai knows about that meme's existence. lol (A good example is the recent screenshot where Villager is crushing yoshi with a tree. )

What I like about Sakurai though is that he actually HAS this kind of humour. I mean, imagine Nintendo sending out pics of SM3DW which had sexually suggestive pics of Peach... that would never happen. But with Sakurai, it happens!

There's a part in the latest Direct that gives me the teehees every time I see it. It's when Dedede is spamming Gordos at ZSS, like some kind of overboard flirting. Finally, Samus has enough and roundhouses a Gordo back into Dedede's gut, knocking him flat. Something about it is just perfect slapstick, to me.

I also like Lucario's recovery malfunction that happens about a minute later. >:]

I'm partially concerned that Kirby is an acute amnesiac. He seems to constantly forget he's in a fighting game, and whenever he's sitting around he just stares blankly in the air like, (-0.0-).

Seriously, he needs help, he probably isn't fit to be fighting to the death with others.

Well considering that she can morph into a tiny little ball and roll around when she is wearing the varia suit without breaking all the bones in her body...I think she is just flexible. Seriously, she has chozo DNA and who knows what that allows her to do?!

Just watched it - the math makes sense, and I consider myself well and truly wrong in believing that the morph ball is particularly special. Very interesting watch.
