Fundrasier Question?

I recently had an idea to hold a fundraiser for some players to come to my next Smash tournament, but I don't know any ways to go about doing this. I remember something like this was done with OC2 to help the Japanese players come over to the US. I think there was a Pay Pal account and website where you can donate for that. Anybody know how to set this up? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Paypal would be by far the easiest.

Well, you could hold a minor tournament that costs $5 to enter or something. No prize money, but it could all go to trying to help somebody come to a tournament (don't know how this would really work). Just an idea.
