Full Jump or Double Jump?

i noticed a loot of falco that do full hop then immediate double jump waveland on to platforms is this faster than just full hop wavelanding on to platforms or is full hop then immediate dj waveland on to platforms faster????

Double jumping is faster because when you single jump your momentum slows down as you get closer to the top.

Double jump feels faster. I wouldn't do it during neutral in case you get hit out of it then die. Only use it during combos.

double jump is useful to waveland on platforms because u can perform vertical wavelands (180 degree angle on stick). Because of falcos double jump, he curls up into this ball and u can waveland with ur stick completely right or left which can give u insane sliding movements into other moves!!!! Other characters share this double jump characteristic like ganon and falcon

Dang I knew it slid you forward more but I never really thought about what property made it happen. Nice find! :yeahboi:
