This games speed is definitely just a little faster than brawl, obviously cant be compared to melee. Since mostly we saw free for alls with items it was really hard to tell what was going on.
There was one 1v1 match and that was boring as hell to watch. What does that mean for the competitive scene? it wont thrive. sure there will be a scene but it wont do as good as melee. Which is disappointing.
Im sure well all have fun playing and sure the people who play it will watch it. But it wont be entertaining for the general audience. All cause sakurai wants it to be a party game.
