Frigate Orpheon stage flip

Is there any way to slow (or stop) the Frigate Orpheon stage flip? I would assume it'd be located in the STDT, but no value for MiscData[20] seems to exist for the stage. Would it be in MiscData[30] (or the .rel file for the stage)?
