Freeze Glitch Training

So I've been using the Freeze Glitch to let me practice spacing on a body that doesn't move.

Is there an easier way to freeze glitch? I'm really bad at it, it takes me over 3 minutes to get one usually.

And I didn't know that certain moves can actually move a Frozen character, like Samus's Up B.

While standing in front of a character, air dodge then hold Z to make Nana grab then rapidly press side B while the character is in the grab.

Thats true, I've been using that technique a long. Against my brother :D But you must press B fast and quick to do it effectively.

you have to start the forward b at a certain time I think its right as nana's hammer connects, try to pause for a fraction of a second before the forward b, I dunno wobbles is really good at it ask him in a pm maybe?

Easy way of doing the freeze glitch:

-Position the other character between you and the edge such that both of you are close the edge.
-Spot dodge and hold z. Release z after Nana grabs
-Wait for Nana to fthrow
-Side b right when Nana releases the opponent
