Freeze After Codes are Applied

I'm trying to load some custom music onto my Brawl game. I'm loading through the HBC, and Gecko 1.9.31. It loads my codes, and says there is no Code Dump error. So it applies the codes, and then the screen turns black, and I presume it freezes here.

I've got no idea what could be causing this. My only code on is the File Patch Code 1.3.5.
