at the Ultimate Arena, 18 Avenue de l'Europe, 78140 Vélizy-Villacoublay, France
SCHEDULE:
Saturday 29 October
10am - Venue opens / on-site payment
11am - Singles pools starts
4pm - Singles bracket starts
Sunday 30 October
11am - Venue opens
12am - Doubles bracket starts
HOUSING AND FOOD:
Drinks, snacks, hotdogs and paninis are available to buy at the venue.
(Please understand that since food and beverages are sold on-site, anything bought outside will be prohibited)
A mall is located right in front of the venue; you'll find anything you need to eat outside if you need, and the choice is large.
For housing, you can ask our fellow Parisian smashers to host you on the PariSmash group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/701466383251280/
Also, 3 hotels are available nearby: Mercury Hotel, Ibis Style, and Ibis Budget.
You cannot sleep at the venue.

Venue fee: 10€
Singles: 15€
Doubles : 10€ / Team (meaning 5€ / player)
Cash Prize Singles: 960€
1st - 550€
2nd - 280€
3rd - 100€
4th - 30€
Cash Prize Doubles: Scaled from the amount of entrants
1st - ~60%
2nd - ~30%
3rd - ~10%
VENUE RULES:
No special rules as long as you're respectful of the venue and the people there, and as said before, don't bring food or beverages from outside.
TOURNAMENT RULES:

TOURNAMENT FORMAT:
Singles:
8 round robin pools of 8 players, top 4 of each pool proceeds to a double elimination bracket of 32 players.
Doubles:
Double eliminiation bracket
